 General Information

The library is a major educational centre for both students and staff. It is a valuable resource where children can study as a class, group or individuals.

The Library is fully automated with a network of 5 dedicated computers which control borrowing, cataloguing and enquiry. An information laboratory, connected to the school network, is available for research.

 The Library is open every day from 8.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. 

 Children may visit the library from 8.30 to 8.55 and 1.40 p.m. to 2.00pm.

The library is closed:-

At recess.                  11.00 a.m. -11.20 a.m.

An invitation is extended to all parents to accompany their children to the library, either before or after school or at lunchtime, to share in the book borrowing choice or assist in locating information for project work or homework assignments.

Children may book in for the computers at lunchtime for locating information or games.

Borrowing is encouraged over the school holidays (excluding Christmas) for recreational reading.
