Use the Drawing Toolbar to draw a circle.

Click on the oval tool and then on the slide. This will give you a circle 2.54cm in diameter. Double click on the circle.
This gives you the Format AutoShape menu. Choose the Size tab.
Change the Height and the Width of the circle to 1 cm.

Move the circle to a position at the top of the page on the left hand side using the mouse or the arrow keys on the keyboard. Copy the circle and paste a circle onto the screen.
Move it next to the original circle. Repeat this.

Use the Drawing Toolbar > Select Objects

Draw around the 3 circles to select them all. Copy them. Paste the 3 circle onto the page and move them underneath the original 3. Repeat until you have 10 rows.

Use the Drawing Toolbar > Text Box.

Draw a text box next to the first row of circles.

Type in the table represented by 1 row of 3 circles - 1 x 3 -= 3
