Creating a 3 x Table

If desired create a title
slide.
This slideshow works with or without a title slide. |
Click
New Slide |

This slide needs to be a blank slide
 |

Use the
Drawing Toolbar to draw a circle. |
 |
|
Click on the oval
tool and then on the slide. |
This will give you
a circle 2.54cm in diameter. |
Double click on
the circle. |
|
|
This gives you the
Format AutoShape menu. |
Choose the Size tab.
Change the Height and the Width of the circle to 1 cm. |

|
Move the circle to a
position at the top of the page on the left hand side using the mouse or
the arrow keys on the keyboard. |
Copy the circle and
paste a circle onto the screen.
Move it next to the original circle. Repeat this. |

Use the Drawing Toolbar
> Select Objects |
|
 |
|
Draw around the 3 circles
to select them all. Copy them. |
Paste the 3 circle
onto the page and move them underneath the original 3. Repeat until you
have 10 rows. |

> Text Box. |

Use the Drawing Toolbar
> Select Objects |
|

|
Select all the
circles and colour them the way you want them. |
Fill effects work well when colouring shapes |
The circles should probably be the same colour. |

Adding the Animation |
|
Use the Drawing
Toolbar > Select Objects |
Use the Slide
show menu > custom animation |
Repeat the process
until each line is animated |
Select the
first row of circles and the text box
1 x 3 = 3 |
Add an Entrance
effect such as Fly in |
Every Entrance
Effect should be the same |

The numbers represent the order of
animation. |

Use the
Drawing Toolbar > Select Objects |
Change the background
colour if desired |
|
Select all the
text boxes and change the font and size in one go. |
Right
click on the slide > background > More colours |
|

 |

Tip: Keep the background
simple, one colour only |

Press F5 to play your completed
slideshow. |
